An increase in panhandlers at the Beavercreek Church of the Nazarene is causing some concern. So much so that the church has instituted new security measures. Prior to the new security measures, doors to the church were unlocked at 6:00 am. Now, all doors will remain locked until 8:00 am with the exception of one door which will be monitored by a church official. > Read More

Work is progressing on renovations for Fire Station 62 on 3777 Dayton-Xenia Road. The renovations are designed to bring the station up to current building codes and increase space to accommodate additional firefighters. > Read More

Voters in Beavercreek showed strong support for renewing levies this election, passing all with a margin of at least 20 points each. County levies enjoyed similar support. In fact, the only issues that were even close were two of Beavercreek’s proposed Charter Amendments dealing with appropriations.
