Markets on edge ahead of US-China trade talks

Reports suggest that the United States government and China are close to closing a deal which could help reverse ZTE's failing fortunes. The Kremlin firmly rejected the accusations, warning that Russian Federation would be forced to take measures to ensure its own security if the United States terminates the treaty.
