Beavercreek Community Theater’s “Edge of the Creek” will be presenting the musical “A Chorus Line” March 1 – March 10, 2013. BCT’s presentation of “A Chorus Line” will be directed by Doug Lloyd with choreography by Stacy Gear and music direction by Dr. James Tipps.

“A Chorus Line” is a musical about a chorus audition for a Broadway musical. It tells of the ambitions of professional Broadway gypsies to land a job in a show, and is powerful metaphor for all human aspirations. Memorable musical numbers include, I Can Do That, At the Ballet, Dance: Ten; Looks: Three, One (Singular Sensation), What I did for Love) and I Hope I Get It. “A Chorus Line” has won 9 Tony awards and the 1976 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

For the men: Zach – Matt Owens, Mike – Brian Kestor, Richie – Matt Curry, Don – Ben Douglas, Paul – Nick Bell, Mark – Joshua Hughes, Greg – Mike Stockstill, Al – Anthony Fende, Bobby – Gary Watts, Larry – Mick Merkle and Frank – Jordan DuVall.
