A new Jack’s Pets store is being built in one of the outlots near Kroger in Beavercreek. The location was previously the site of a Pizza Hut restaurant which was demolished to make way for the new construction of the 5,000 square foot retail building on 0.712 acres.

The new store will be located on the south side of Dayton-Xenia Road approximately 325 feet from the intersection of North Fairfield Road and Dayton-Xenia Road. The entire property including the outlot and the Kroger shopping center is owned by KIMCO Realty who is overseeing the project. KIMCO Realty also helped in the redesign of the new shopping center. Jack’s Pets will be leasing the property and building a retail facility on the location. Photo by © Craig Barhorst.
