Milano’s Atlantic City Submarines will soon be opening it’s third location in Beavercreek at the new Fairfield Place Retail Center, located at Fairfield and Kemp Roads.
The new location marks Milano’s entry into the Beavercreek market. The store joins two other locations in the area; the original Brown Street location in Dayton and a second location in Miami Township on Springboro Pike.

The new Milano’s will also have an outdoor seating area along the southern side of the building facing Kemp Road. The eatery features subs and sandwiches as well as a full range of menu items including appetizers, cold and hot submarines, calzones, pasta, pizza, soups and salads and, of course, fresh bread. The restaurant also serves beer and alcohol.
Milano’s was founded in 1969 at 1820 Brown Street in Dayton, Ohio. The early Milano’s catered primarily to college students from the University of Dayton. The company says a big part of their “unforgettable” sandwiches is in the bread. Milano’s makes it’s bread from scratch right on the premises beginning at 1 o’clock each morning.
Milano’s changed ownership in 2001. The new owners, OSUWITT, Inc., DBA Milano’s Atlantic City Submarines, renovated and refurbished the original location. In 2006 they opened the second Milano’s location in Washington Township. Now the company prepares to launch it’s third location and bring what it calls it’s “unforgettable” sandwiches to Beavercreek.
